📦 Order Processing

What days are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

How long do orders take to process?

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping (U.S. only):
2-4 business days after your order is processed.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE U.S shipping on orders over $100.

  • Standard shipping: $6.90 (3-4 business days)
  • Expedited shipping: $9.90 (1-2 business days)

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping. We currently only ship to all 50 U.S states, including P.O. boxes.

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed tracking information.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

🛍️ Returns & Refunds

What products are eligible for returns?

We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resaleable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise authorized.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.

What products are non-returnable?

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards or promotional items

What is your return and exchange policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
